Super Active Healthcare Systems has designed a product line for older and less able people, mothers with sick children, to achieve their desire using our qualified home care nurses to ease expected and anticipated tension in both patient care and post hospital management of our loved ones. Our system also ensures even many chronically ill people can spend their final days at home in peace and contentment.
What can we do for you?
Super Active Health Systems specializes in Home Nursing Care and Live-in Nursing service delivery. This means that we can supply you with a friendly, carefully selected and suitably experienced nurses or care assistant for services in the comfort of your home for as long as you need.
Some clients simply need a home nurse to help them with:

- Prompting medication
- Manage a sick child
- Getting around
- Companionship
- Family managed care
Some clients need a greater level of service. They may have
- Need a regular assistance by a Registered nurse
- Loss of sight or hearing
- Physical incapacity

- A form of Dementia, such as Alzheimer’s disease or other older-age mental disease problem
- An acquired brain injury
- Had a recent operation

Registered nurses are usually best placed to manage catheterization, hoisting equipment and advanced chronic and terminal illnesses. They provide practical nursing care and advice for both patients and family carers on a range of health disciplines.
WHY WOULD ONE NEED HOME CARE NURSING?
At home we feel better. It is where we are most at ease with the world, especially later in life when familiarity means so much to us and any change is daunting or when we have to live in restrictions imposed on us by illnesses.
At home, our friends and relatives can pop by to cheer us up – without having to refer to visiting times that some hospitals impose! We can enjoy the meals we choose, cooked just the way we like them. We have precious things around us to remind us of all the good times.
